Anupam Saha Navigates the AI Revolution to Transform U.S. Business
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is no longer a futuristic concept; it has become an integral part of modern business operations. According to a 2023 McKinsey report, 60% of companies have already integrated AI into at least one function, marking a significant shift from experimentation to full-scale execution across industries. This rapid adoption is fueled by AI’s potential to dramatically reshape the global economy and industry leaders are now predicting that AI could contribute up to $14 trillion by 2030. As businesses race to harness this transformative technology, they run into huge problems with AI business integration. And this is where AI tech entrepreneur and consultant Apunam Saha finds his moment has arrived.
Operating from the quaint, unsuspecting town of Fairfield, Iowa, Saha is not just planning a consultancy; he’s orchestrating a revolution in how American firms engage with the digital world. His vehicle for this ambitious plan is his startup consultancy, Intellibridge, which is billed as the intelligence solution to bridge the gap between business and technology.
Saha’s stated aim with his new project is “to specialize in marrying advanced ERP solutions with the wild, untamed power of AI and machine learning,” as he puts it. Moreover, this new venture aims to empower American businesses of all sizes with the tools and skills necessary to navigate and thrive in the rapidly changing digital landscape.
Specifically, Intellibridge seeks to level up the tools and strategies necessary for U.S. firms to survive but thrive in the current digital-first environment. Leveraging Saha’s profound expertise in enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems implementation and emerging technologies such as AI and Machine Learning (ML), Intellibridge will focus on three transformative areas: optimizing business operations, unlocking innovation, and building a tech-savvy workforce.
Intellibridge is itself only part of Saha’s longer-term vision is to guide U.S. firms towards secure, scalable ERP solutions: Saha often returns back to the idea of the need to “streamline operations and enhance efficiency, thereby optimizing business operations”. Furthermore, Saha plans to unlock innovation by integrating AI and ML with existing ERP systems. This integration will automate mundane tasks, generate data-driven insights, and fuel innovation across the business spectrum. Another critical focus of Intellibridge will be on developing customized training programs designed to equip current and future business professionals with the skills necessary to effectively manage and advance these integrated systems.
Indeed, Intellibridge not only addresses the operational challenges faced by American firms due to the rapid advancements in technology but also aligns with significant national interests like economic growth and job creation. Traditional business models are urgently being called to transform to harness these new digital capabilities and remain competitive. Legacy ERP systems often lack the scalability and security demanded by modern business operations, while the potential of AI and ML remains largely untapped, leading to a palpable skills gap.
Such is the ambition of Anupam Saha, a visionary techie from IT hotbed of Bangladesh. Saha’s credentials make him uniquely equipped for this ambitious endeavor. His years of experience implementing and optimizing ERP systems across diverse industries, combined with a robust understanding of AI and ML integration, position him as a pivotal figure in this transformative movement. Notably, as the first Bangladeshi speaker at the 2002 Odoo Global Conference in Belgium, Saha has demonstrated his international expertise and commitment to knowledge sharing within the ERP community.
The envisioned impact of Intellibridge and Saha’s focused efforts extends beyond the U.S., impacting on the adoption of open-source ERP solutions worldwide and sharing best practices for technology integration in business operations. The proposed training programs are adaptable and can be offered to international institutions, fostering a generation of tech-savvy professionals globally.
This buzzing startup is part of a natural progression of a life spent working with the power of AI and tech. Saha’s ambitions got going during his studies in Bangladesh where he achieved certifications in PMP and PDG in ERP implementation. Additionally, Saha is a certified scrum master (CSM) and also a certified product owner (CSPO). Now he is also pursuing his MBA in ERP (SAP) and Business Analytics from Maharishi International University (MIU) in Fairfield, Iowa.
These studies led to Saha’s significant work experience in Bangladesh, particularly at Brain Station 23 PLC where he served as a Strategic Business Unit Head for ERP, dramatically increasing profitability and scaling team size to optimize project delivery. At Brain Station 23, his achievements included driving strategic initiatives that not only fattened the bottom line by 45-50% but also expanded his team, turning the company into the first (and only) partner of Odoo in Bangladesh.
When Saha arrived in the U.S. in February of 2023 to hone his skills at Maharishi International University in Fairfield, he notably served as a Project Manager spearheading university-wide digital transformation initiatives.
When Saha thinks ahead to his coming startup’s immediate goals, he details plans to develop customized training programs aimed at equipping both current and future U.S. business professionals with the necessary skills to bridge the technology gap and manage integrated systems effectively. His vision extends beyond mere technological implementation; it’s about creating a culture of continuous innovation and strategic foresight.
As Saha readies his venture in the U.S., he brings more than just his varied experience; he carries a blueprint for how AI and ERP can synergize to catalyze an operational metamorphosis. In a landscape filled with giants afraid of the technological unknown, Saha’s venture promises not just to guide but to galvanize — transforming fear into opportunity, and operational lag into avant-garde innovation.
For American businesses standing on the precipice of the AI era, Intellibridge might just be the guide they need to leap into a future where technology is no longer just a tool. And Anupam Saha stands behind this project poised not only to transform business operations but also to fundamentally reshape the approach companies take towards innovation and workforce development in the digital age.
